Service Agreement

Account Setup and Security
2.1. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the account setup process.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Any activity performed using your account will be considered your responsibility.


Payment and Billing
3.1. The payment terms and pricing for our web hosting packages and web development services are specified during the purchase process.
3.2. Payment is due on the agreed-upon billing cycle, and failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
3.3. All fees and charges are non-refundable, except as expressly stated otherwise.


Web Hosting
4.1. The web hosting package includes allocated server resources, such as disk space, bandwidth, and CPU usage.
4.2. Excessive or abusive usage of server resources that negatively impacts server performance or other clients may result in suspension or termination of services.
4.3. We reserve the right to impose limits on server resources if necessary to maintain fair and optimal performance for all clients.
4.4. We will provide technical support related to web hosting and server-related issues as specified in our support policy.


Web Development
5.1. Our web development services include designing, coding, and implementing your website or web application as agreed upon.
5.2. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the website or web application is functional and meets the specifications provided.
5.3. Any additional features, functionalities, or changes requested beyond the initial agreement may be subject to additional fees and a revised timeline.
5.4. You are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and necessary approvals during the web development process to avoid delays.
5.5. Once the website or web application is deployed and handed over to you, any further maintenance or updates will be subject to separate terms and fees.


Content and Usage
6.1. You are solely responsible for the content hosted on your website, including text, images, multimedia files, and any other data.
6.2. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your website content and its usage.
6.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if your content violates any applicable laws, infringes upon intellectual property rights, or poses a threat to the server's security or stability.


Backups
7.1. While we strive to maintain regular backups of our servers and your website or web application, we do not guarantee the availability, completeness, or integrity of these backups.
7.2. It is your responsibility to maintain your own backups of all website and data files.


Termination
8.1. Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.
8.2. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to our web hosting services or web development services, and any outstanding fees will become due and payable.
8.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately and without notice in case of violation of these Terms or any unlawful activity.


Limitation of Liability
9.1. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our web hosting packages or web development services.
9.2. Our total liability, regardless of the cause of action, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the services during the preceding six (6) months.


Modifications
10.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or providing notice to you.
By purchasing and using our web hosting packages and web development services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
